All bookings require a 50% deposit of the treatment cost.
No cancellations or no‑shows within 24 hours — the full appointment fee will be charged.
If you need to amend your booking, appointments can be changed online 24/7.
Our salon operates on scheduled time slots, and we cannot allow a delayed appointment to impact another guest. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened.
To maintain a high standard of service for all clients, arrivals more than 10 minutes after the scheduled time may result in the appointment being cancelled and a charge equal to the full treatment cost being applied.
Courses must be used within one year of purchase. They are non‑transferable and can only be redeemed by the original client.
